Harayali Malai Kabab..................



Ingredients:

1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes

1 cup crumbled paneer

1 tablespoon wheat flour

2 tablespoons bread crumbs

1/2 cup thcik green chutney

2 green chillies finely chopped

salt to taste

a little oil for pan grilling

Method:

1. Combine all the ingredients together until it forms a smooth dough. Divide it into 20 small

portions. Keep aside.

2. Heat a pan and Grill the balls until browned and crisp.

3. Serve hot, sprinkled with chaat masala on the top.
