Aloo paratha.......


Ingredients:

For the filling:

8-10 medium potatoes(boiled)
fennel seeds
salt
red chili powder
grated ginger
green hot pepper
fresh coriander
garam masala
oil

For the dough:

whole wheat flour or chapati atta
water
salt
oil

Method:

1. Combine the salt and the flour. Gradually add the water,and oil and make a dough with the flour and knead for about 5-7 minutes.


2. Peel and mash the boiled potatoes.


3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and add the garam masala, ground fennel and sliced hot peppers to the pan. Add the mashed potatoes, salt, ginger, red chili powder.Mix it. Finish it off by adding
the chopped coriander and switch off the heat. Set aside and let cool completely.


4. Divide the filling to about 20 portions. Divide the dough into 16-18 portions. Roll each
portion into a sphere and gently flatten them between your palms.


5. Place one portion of the cooked potato in the center of the fattered portion.


6. gather the sides of the dough to the top like a pouch. Press and seal the pouch.


7. Flatten the sealed dough, roll it in flour and gently roll it out . Use enough flour to
prevent making holes. 


8. place the rolled paratha on the heated pan.
Cook and flip if needed.
