Paneer Nuggets



Ingredients:

Paneer grated - 200 grams
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
maida - 4 tablespoon
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Black pepper powder
Fresh coriander leaves
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste

Method:

1) Put grated Paneer, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, lemon juice, sugar and coriander leaves into a bowl and mix well.


2) Mix maida, salt and black pepper powder in another bowl, add sufficient water and mix well to make a smooth thick batter.


3) Spread the breadcrumbs on a plate, add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.


4) Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.


5) Divide the Paneer mixture into small equal portions and shape them into nuggets. Dip them in the batter, roll in spiced breadcrumbs and deep fry in hot oil till gold Brown.


6) Serve the Paneer Nuggets with Sauce or Chutney.
