moong dosa with coconut



Ingredients:

Whole moong 1 cup
Spinach leaves 4-6
Ginger, garlic and chiily paste 2 tbl spoon
Coconut 1 grated
Coriander leaves 1 cup finely chopped
Sugar 2 tbl spoon
Lemon juice 2 tbl spoon
Salt
Hing
Mustard seeds 1 tbl spoon
Cumin seeds
Curry leaves 8 -10 small

Method:

Soak whole moong overnight and make paste with little water.
Blanch spinach leaves and make paste with some ginger, garlic and green chilli.

Mix spinach and moong together and make batter .
Check consistency it should be like dosa batter.

Filling:

Add 1 tbl spoon butter in pan and add mustard seeds ,cumin seeds,curry leaves, hing ,coconut and stir for 2 min.
Then add sugar salt and coriander leaves stir till it removes water content from coconut.
Remove from flame and add lemon juice mix well and keep aside.
