Raw Banana Wafers



Ingredients:

2 Raw Banana

                        
1/4 tsp Pepper pwd   

                           
1/4 tsp Red chilly pwd  

                       
Salt and oil     

                                 

Method:

1. Wash and peel the skin of Banana.


2. Cut the Banana in half and slice into thin pieces

.
3. Sprinkle salt, pepper pwd and red chilly pwd.


4. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.


5. Heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan.


6. Add the Banana slices.


7. Drop just enough slices, so that the vessel isn’t overcrowded.


8. Deep fry to golden.


9. Turn them gently using a spatula.


10. Once it is golden on both sides, remove them on to a kitchen tissue to drain any excess oil.


11. Repeat with the remaining batches of Banana slices.


12. Now the homemade Banana chips is ready.


13. Serve warm.


14. Banana chips can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
